Ms McNeill and members of the Pride club discussed the start of LGBQT month with pupils from each year group. Giving our pupils a wider understanding equality and equity in today's world.

Dan Plane from the Royal Institution of Science demonstrated the science of energy transformations to enthalled pupils in a show full of wonder and excitement.

Diana Awards

Pupils in both year groups were trained as anti-bullying ambassadors with the team from the Diana awards in bespoke sessions

First Give

120 students engaged with First Give project in understanding what social issues are, selecting a charity and in groups, come up with a creative social action to create awareness or raise money for their chosen charity. The students chose Great Ormond Street Hospital, WWF, RSPCA and Cancer Research UK for their charities. Over the next few weeks, we will see students protesting, baking, competing, organising a film screening and many more to create awareness/raise money around the school building and in the local community.
