Careers Lead - Careers lead with responsibility for delivering a careers provision against the Gatsby Benchmarks. My role is to ensure all students are included in the Careers programme and feel ready to make informed decisions based on their knowledge and understanding acquired over the duration of their time at school.

Careers Advisor - Helps our students make realistic choices about their education, training and work by providing the right advice, information and guidance. The career advisor role involves assisting students in making decisions about their future and reaching their full potential. Her role is crucial for our Year 11 students in understanding the best options for them based on their aspirations.
