Examination Results

As our school continues to grow and thrive, we look ahead with anticipation to celebrating our first full set of GCSE results in August 2025.

This milestone represents a significant achievement for our students, staff, and the wider community. It embodies the values of self-responsibility, equity, and solidarity, reflecting the dedication, effort, and high aspirations that define who we are as a school.

We will keep you informed with any relevant updates about the results process as this important date approaches. Thank you for your ongoing support and commitment as we work together to achieve excellence and create opportunities for every student to succeed.

Progress 8 score

We are not able to calculate Progress 8 scores for academic years 2024/25 and 2025/26. This is because there is no KS2 assessment data available to calculate the baseline for Progress 8 for these years due to Covid-19 disruption. We are also unable to show results broken down by prior attainment. For more information see the KS4 technical guide

Whilst no official KS2 prior attainment was available, Thames Park used standardised baseline testing with the Class of 2025 when they arrived with us in Year 7 through GL Assessment, giving us nationally reputable retrospective key stage 2 scaled scores for all our pupils.

Whilst the DfE do not recognise these as a formal measure, using these we were able to calculate our own Progress 8 score for this cohort. Every analysis showed that pupils at Thames Park outperformed their expectations significantly and internal progress 8 analysis placed our pupils results significantly above national average compared to previous years.

For extra scrutiny and reliability with our 2025 results, we also used SISRA analytics to compare our results against a national cohort of over 1000 other secondary schools, where once again our results stood out as above national average compared to the other schools in the SISRA compare cohort.
